What is
Floatation Therapy

Floatation therapy is a practice of entering an enclosed tub or known as sensory deprivation tank and being buoyant in water. This body of water is custom blended with 1,000 pounds of therapeutic Epsom salts, allowing your body being partially submerged in 10 inches of clean body-temperature water.

Discover this relaxation method through the possibilities of science! By being in floatation, this eliminates your sensory overload and allows your brain to drift into the half-awake, half-dreaming Theta state, where meditation and creativity flourish. This is where your body releases these feel-good hormones, as when Cortisol the stress hormone levels reduce. It reduces stress, headaches, improves sleep, releases endorphins and provides a lasting state of balance.
What is Theta State
Theta State is a state of very deep relaxation. Theta waves are always creative, characterized by feelings of inspiration and very spiritual. It is believed that this mental state allows you to act below the level of the conscious mind. Theta State is a very powerful state. It can be compared to that kind of trance where you can find children when they are playing with video games. There are people who meditate consecutively for hours, in order to achieve this state, in order to have access to the absolute perfect calm.
Did you know, your body begins to focus on healing itself when your mind is at rest?

As you separate your body from the harsh effects of gravity pull, your muscles and connective tissues are allowed to rest and recover. Floatation therapy speeds up recovery of your muscles while your joints are well supported by buoyancy thus helping your lower back and posture to slowly decompress and realign after a long work week.

Regular floating also improves an overall body circulatory system, giving you that post-float glow even after 1 session. In reality, your skin as the biggest organ of your body has been rejuvenated and reset not only to look good, but to do good for your mind as floating taps you into heightened levels of focus and creative problem solving. Long term benefits also include increased energy, productivity and performance as well as your well-being such as maintaining a healthy weight management as a result of reduced cravings.

Floating assists your body to reemerge like new, re-energized and achieving calmness. Experience your mind and body spirits feeling lighter, more focused with sharper senses - that can last for days.

Epsom salt
Epsom Salt, also known as magnesium sulphate, is often used as bath salt due to its benefits that can easily be absorbed through skin.

The main benefits of Epsom Salt are attributed to its magnesium, a mineral that a lot of people do not get enough of. Many use it to ease health problems, such as muscle soreness and stress. It’s also affordable, easy to use, and harmless when used appropriately.
